Not many Turkish law firms practice tax litigation in Turkey. This is partly based on lack of education in law schools for tax issues and partly on the dominance of accounting and auditing service providers. On the other hand, handling tax controversy require legal background and experience on administrative law issues.

Members of ADMD have gathered experience in auditing and accounting firms and we offer tax services to our clients with a sophisticated legal approach. We coordinate the affairs our clients with tax administrations including obtaining official case-based opinions and clearances.

We represent our clients in administrative settlement procedures and we also offer our litigation services before administrative courts including Council of State (Danıştay, highest administrative court of appeals) against taxes and fines issued or measures imposed.
