Memberships

All members of ADMD are certified attorneys registered at Istanbul Bar Association and they are authorized for legal representation of clients in all districts of Turkey.

We also have members in our offices who passed New York Bar Exam and who are diligent in understanding the principles of laws of New York and federal laws of the United States.

Many of our members are also registered as Trademark and Patent Representatives at Turkish Patent Institute (TPE) and European Patent Office (EPO). Such representative status is mandatory to file trademark and patent registrations or related claims before relevant authorities.

Partners of ADMD are members of British Chamber of Commerce of Turkey (BCCT) as well. BCCT is the second oldest British Chamber of Commerce outside the United Kingdom. BCCT encourages commercial relations between Turkey and the United Kingdom and serves as a bridge for better understanding of business opportunities, business culture and business trends.
