Based on evolution in consumer protection regulations in recent years, especially with fast growing 'distance sales' via e-commerce, we have developed a strong practice on the subject.

Our traditional consumer protection services contains structuring of contractual and warranty related business models for retailers, filing claims, negotiating settlements or defending against unfounded inquiries. We represent our clients before specialized arbitral organizations and consumer protection courts.

ADMD's consumer protection practice has extensive experience in relation with consumer claims against automotive industry products. Although class action lawsuits are not available under Turkish system, we represent group claims as well.
