ADMD has a strong expertise in general commercial law. We monitor evolution of various aspects of commercial law especially with recent revision of the Turkish Commercial Code. We have a wide range of commercial and trading law services containing; negotiating and drafting commercial and trading contracts, structuring of distribution systems, regulations on manufacturing and sale of products.
