Corporate law is our flagship practice area at ADMD. We generate over 35% of our revenues from our services of this field. Our members know and understand businesses and we listen to our clients and learn as much as possible about their enterprise, their long-term objectives and management style along with the current legal issues they need to handle. We assist businesses from their initial formations to liquidation and accordingly, we have experience in numerous issues that may rise throughout the life span of a business.
ADMD provides coordinated and swift responses to inquiries that is essential for businesses. Our corporate law practice is not limited with but contains services such as incorporation, M&A, tax planning, IPO, contracts and commercial transactions, employment issues, e-commerce and technology, intellectual property, bankruptcy and liquidation.
1956 Turkish Commercial Code was fully revised at 2011 and many of new rules are to become effective within 2012 and 2013. Fundamental changes introduced with this new law brought along responsibilities to our corporate law team to work with our clients in order to educate their management for compliance and making them aware of new opportunities.
ADMD supports its clients directly or with reliable referrals for any additional services that may be needed for corporations including virtual office formations, temporary management, outsourced accounting and tax submissions. Members of ADMD also offer fiduciary shareholding and director services and act as corporate secretary, corporate records custodian and registered agent for their clients.
